What is the Employment Essentials pack?
The packs include template documents for contracts, policies and procedures. The documents are in standard form and cover all the main employment law requirements that your business needs to follow. They are designed to be adapted for your organisation so you will need to review and personalise them before they are issued to your staff.
The documents have been prepared for use in England and reflect the legal position at the time of purchase which may be subject to change in light of any amendments to the law. What is the Restrictive Covenant Pack?
Restrictive covenants are clauses in employment contracts that seek to restrict employees’ ability to compete with their former employer for a period following the termination of their employment. These clauses are aimed at protecting the employer’s confidential information, its relationships with clients/ customers, and promoting the stability of the employer’s business.
Our Restrictive Covenants pack provides you with template covenants to protect your business and guidance on their use. We also provide you with a letter before action to former employees and their new employers in the event of covenant breach requiring remedial action.

If you need to terminate an employee’s employment and you consider it appropriate to make a severance/termination payment, it is sensible to require the employee to enter into a settlement agreement to prevent any claims against you. Our pack provides you with the necessary documentation to do this properly and protect your business.

How to buy an Employment Pack
Step 1: Get in touch
Contact us to discuss which of the five packs is best for your business. You will have an initial conversation with a member of our team who can help you decide which pack to buy.

Step 2: Choose a pack
We will send you an invoice and then your employment pack within two working days of your invoice being paid. You will also receive some straightforward instructions about how to review and personalise the documents for your business.
The invoice is payable within 30 days of receipt – all the details about how to pay will be on the invoice.
Step 3: Get started
You will need to read the documents related to your chosen pack and personalise the relevant sections. They are then ready for you to use.
