Melanie is an experienced Corporate Tax Partner, based in the Hertford office and is Head of Tax for Azets’ South region. As a tax specialist with many years of experience advising both family and owner-managed businesses and larger corporates, Melanie works closely with her clients to understand their risks and minimise their tax exposure. She’s passionate about combining her tax knowledge and experience in working with businesses to help their owners achieve their goals.

Stephen Grant, Managing Parter, Azets

Management tools to improve business performance

Stephen is Managing Partner for the Beaconsfield office, a member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts England & Wales (ICAEW);a chartered tax advisor and a licensed insolvency practitioner. He is also an Accredited Mindshop Facilitator. At Azets Stephen has a dual role, on the one hand Stephen heads up the Azets Boost, facilitating continuing performance improvement in both business and individuals, and on the other hand he offers restructuring, recovery and insolvency advice.
